Winners 2011 Tibetan Mastiff Photo Contest Info

We are now proud to present the 37 winners who will be featured in the 2011 TM INFO Calendar. The 13 first-place winners are listed below, followed by the 24 second-place winners.

Tibetan Dog Photo Selection Process

1) The picture fell within the top 30% of vote-getters.

2) The picture was large enough to meet the printing criteria

This is particularly useful when dealing with large monthly photographs. If the photo was too small or of poor quality to print at the required size of 8.5 by 11 inches, it had to be used as a smaller photo on the secondary pages.

3) Colours of the breed represented (gold and its variations, black, black/tan, blue/tan)

4) Seasonal photos

5) A good mix of puppy and adult photos.

We want to thank everyone who participated in the calendar and send out huge congratulations to the winners.

For those who did not make the final selection this year or for the 2011 calendar, please keep those photos handy. Before you know it, another year will have rolled around and we heartily encourage you to re-submit those photos for consideration as a 2012 Calendar entry.
