Dogs In need
I am home now, home now
I've been waiting for forever to find you, to find you
I'm not alone now, alone now
Cuz you've taken in my heart from the cold
All I know is every time I look into your eyes I'm home

Rose
Gold Spayed Female
The TMBRN has been asked to help facilitate the re-homing of this
8-year old golden female named Rose. Sadly, Rose is looking for
a new home because her owner recently passed away. We understand
that this girl is already spayed. She has done well with other
dogs in the past.
Please contact Rose's temporary caregiver for more
information if you are interested in adopting this Tibetan Mastiff
in need.

Joe Bear - has found a home!
Black & Tan Neutered 1.5 Year Old Male
Joe Bear wandered into someone's backyard and instantly won their
heart. Unfortunately the lady was ederly and not in a position
to keep him. He is currently staying in a foster home and they
find him to be absolutely wonderful. They have reported that he
is gentle as can be. He is excellent with all the other dogs there,
horses, pygmy goats, cats, ducks, geese and chickens. They have
a teenaged daughter whose friends are over all the time and Joe
Bear is a perfect gentleman. He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed
and was tested/cleared for heartworm and is receiving HW prevention.
Please contact ADAR Animal Rescue for more information
if you are interested in adopting this Tibetan Mastiff in need.

Samson & Goliath 07/11/07
Two Black & Tan Males
We'd like you to meet Samson and Goliath.
These two brothers have been identified as Tibetan Mastiff mixes
and they are best friends. They've come a long way from their neglected
and abusive past and we're now doing our best to ensure we find
them just the right home where they will fulfill their remaining
years as a joyful, loving and energetic pair.
Samson has a short coat and is very lean. We don't know if he will
ever 'bulk up' but his appetite is normal and he is most enthusiastic
about treats, especially 'Jumbones.' He is a 'thinking' dog and
great at problem solving.
Goliath is heavier boned than Samson and he has a long coat that
is very dense at the base that requires brushing. We have had to
shave him this year as his coat did not get a chance to 'clump
out' normally because of our peculiar weather this season. He looks
a bit different, but is still adorable. Goliath is a follower and
appears to find his brother's antics most exciting so he will trail
after Samson almost anywhere. Sometimes Goliath needs prompting
with positive reinforcement and he adores being hugged.
Both boys arevery special andextremely smart. They've shown themselves
to be loyal, gentle and loving. These boys love being outdoors
and in but they are definitely members of the 'bull in the china
shop club.' They walk very well on leash, separately or together.
To this point they are not small animal friendly since they have
not been introduced to other smaller house pets.
These brothers would do very well in an environment in which they
are given tasks and jobs since they love to learn and be challenged.
With the proper measure of guidance, patience and praise these
loving companions will make the right owner very happy indeed.
Both of these males are neutered and up to date on their shots
and worming.
If you are interested, please contact me.

Nate has found a home!
Black & Tan Male
Well, Nate left for his new home in Utah last Sat.
morning. His new mom, Patti, flew in Friday night, rented an SUV
and spent the night with us and Nate so we all felt comfortable
with the placement. She was wonderful, and Nate liked her immediately.
She was on the floor with him from the moment he walked in, loving
and kissing him, he was in heaven. They got up and were on the
road by 8:30 the next morning. She made it to Utah from Indiana
by Sunday night. Nate and her were real road warriors. Nate traveled
fine, she would stop every few hours to walk him and give him a
pee break. We had loaded the car up with blankets and treats so
he was riding in the lap of luxury!!! It's only been 4 days but
he is doing very well. Playing with her teenage boys and romping
all through the house. They also purchased and had built before
he came home a 10 x 20 run with a top on it beside the house under
some big trees so he can enjoy the outdoors without fear of him
getting loose. He is sleeping in what ever bedroom he chooses to
at night and lays around and watches TV with the family in the
evenings. I think this is a good match and Patti and her family
could not be happier. Patti's mom and dad also live near by and
he walks every day too and will be stopping by in the afternoons
to take Nate along when he can. Nate will have more attention then
he could have dreamed of. They may even get a friend for Nate once
he is settled and knows he is at home.
Thank you to Dena McKenna for working so hard to
find this boy a loving home!
